Everything we have that is worth your time: how to start, the short answers, and the pages that spell out exactly what UnitWell does and what still needs a person.

Getting started

  1. Take the tour

A scripted walk through a seeded portfolio: the sweep proposes, the queue fills, you approve. About a minute, and it needs no sign-up.

    Open the live demo
  2. Read the loop

What runs unattended, what stops at the approval queue, where the $400 line sits, and how rent follow-up actually escalates.

    How it works
  3. Tell us about your portfolio

Early access is how we onboard managers right now — how many units you run, which state, and what is eating your week.

    Request early access
  4. Or create an account

Sign-up is open but approval-gated: verifying your email queues the request, and an administrator lets the account in.

Quick answers

The six we get asked most. Each one opens the longer answer on the help page.

What does the agent do without me?
Posts rent, answers residents from their own record, triages maintenance, sends the rent reminders, drafts what you will edit. Read more
What needs my approval?
Anything that moves money, changes a lease, or penalises a resident — plus vendor dispatch above $400. Read more
Can it move money on its own?
No. And no card or bank rail is connected in the current build at all. Read more
Will it hound my residents?
A fixed five-rung ladder with quiet hours, a twenty-hour floor between messages, and no re-asking about a fee you declined. Read more
Do I have to use an LLM?
No — the language-model brain is off by default and the guardrails do not depend on it. Read more
How do invites work?
Managers invite owners, residents, and maintenance staff by email; the link is single-use and expires after seven days. Read more

Why this page is short

You would normally find a blog, guides, customer stories, and a wall of logos here. We have not written any of that, and we have nobody to quote yet, so there is nothing to link. We would rather this page be thin and true than thick and invented.

The demo runs on seeded data and is the most honest thing we can show you. If it does not answer your question, write to hello@unitwell.ai.

Start with the demo

No sign-up, no card, seeded data you can poke at.
